   Reattempt to download the game.

   Reattempt when cell signal improves.
3. Is your cell phone activated?
   Check with your carrier's customer service.

1. Did it download completely?
   Reattempt to download the game.
2. Are your batteries dead?
   Recharge your cell phone and try again.
3. Did you press the start button, and select a location?
   Scroll through the options and select the start option.

Ball Buster/Ball Frenzy has frozen, now what do I do?

1. Is the game paused?
   Try the pound (#) key.
2. Are you receiving a call?
   Hit the pound key and answer your phone.
3. If all else fails;
   take the battery out of your phone and reinsert the battery and restart the phone.
